Covid-19 Prevention Policy

Because we are an e-commerce based business located in a private building that is not open to the public, we are able to continue to conduct business during limited hours while taking extra precautions like: 

1. Social Distancing
2. Regular sanitation of work surfaces and hands.
3. Wearing protective gear like masks and gloves during the packaging process.
4. All pick-ups must be conducted briefly, outside of the building and at a distance. 

Processing Times

As of 10-16-2020 you can expect a processing time of up to 1-2 business days for most orders and up to 1-2 weeks on candles and wax melts as these are small batch hand made candles.

Shipping Times

We ship all packages via the United States Postal Service.  At this time all shipping carriers are not guaranteeing delivery dates.  This means that purchasing expedited shipping right now will no guarantee that your parcel arrives faster than when shipped via priority.
